Thermoplastic Site Furnishings

All American Site Furnishings thermo-plastic coated products have limited warranty to the original purchaser of the products to be free of corrosion on seats and tops that results in bare metal exposure for a period of five (5) years after the date of purchase, excluding any corrosion that may be the result of vandalism or intentional stripping of any of the coating.

American Site Furnishings structural supports for tables and benches have a limited warranty to the original purchaser guaranteed to be free of rust outs that would compromise structural integrity for a period of five (5) years after date of purchase. Surface rust or cosmetic paint deterioration is excluded.

Recycled Site Furnishings

American Site Furnishings guarantees all materials and workmanship for three (3) years, excluding vandalism, improper use, and acts of God. Any claim under this warranty must be filed by the original purchaser within three years of date of original purchase, and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or invoice number. If product is found to be defective, American Site Furnishings will replace the product for the customer, at no charge to the customer.

Concrete Site Furnishings

American Site Furnishings offers a limited two (2) year warranty on all precast concrete products against manufacturing defects. Items specifically not covered by this warranty include theft, vandalism, man-made or natural disasters, normal weathering or wear and tear due to public abuse.

Metal Site Furnishings

All metal products from American Site Furnishings come with a limited one (1) year warranty to the original purchaser. These products are guaranteed to be free of corrosion and manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes theft, vandalism, man-made or natural disasters, normal weathering or wear and tear due to public abuse, and surface rust or cosmetic paint deterioration.

Wood Site Furnishings

The limited warranty from American Site Furnishings guarantees all wood products for one (1) full year to be free of defects in workmanship or materials when installed and maintained properly. Rust outs that would compromise structural integrity to table support frames are also covered. We agree to repair or replace any items determined to be defective. Items specifically not covered by this warranty include vandalism, man-made or natural disasters, lack of maintenance, normal weathering or wear, and tear due to public abuse.

Dog Park Equipment

American Site Furnishings warrants that all Dog Park products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods and components (from the date of installation):

• Lifetime* limited warranty on steel posts, all stainless steel hardware, component clamps and aluminum post caps
• 25 Year limited warranty on recycled posts
• 15 Year limted warranty on pipes, rungs, loops and rails, roto-molded plastics, HDPE plastic sheets, punched steel and recycled decks
• 5 Year limited warranty on polyethylene coating

This warranty does not cover damage caused by vandalism, misuse or abuse, altered or modified parts, or cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, fading or weathering and normal wear and tear. This warranty is valid only if the structures are installed in conformity with instructions provided by American Site Furnishings using approved parts. Warranty claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period and accompanied by a sales order or invoice number.

All Other Products

American Site Furnishings products not listed above have a one (1) year warranty on workmanship and materials when installed and maintained properly. Items not covered under warranty include acts of God, normal aging, weathering, and public abuse or vandalism. Claims for defects must be accompanied by copies of the original invoice or invoice number.
